LA Girl Matte Flat Finish Pigment Gloss, like most other matte formulas, dries down completely matte. For more comfortable wear, use a lip primer or lip balm before application, although this is not required.

Apply a thin coat evenly on lips and let dry. Re-apply as desired. Formula is fast drying and long wearing. To remove lipgloss, use an oil based makeup remover.
